Starting out brand new.... Week 1

So actually starting on Monday I will be starting my last semester at ARC. This week i plan on trying to start my exercise process... I will be trying to go to the gym at least 3 times this week. Reading and staying ahead with my classes that I am taking, eating actaully 3 meals a day (sometimes 4 when i have to work). Start going through my clothes and seperating them and going through Ackie's clothes.

Day 5

I had an asiago bagel with cream cheese from Noah's (shared with Ackie)
then i had a bean burrito for lunch with a Dr. Pepper
and for dinner i had about 1 1/2 cups of my pasta, from Wednesday night
i had a good amount of water.

Day 4...

water water and more water.... a peice of Ackie's chicken for lunch. and then i had a double double Animal style with fries and dr. pepper... soon will have some coffee sugar and creamer then lots of water (forgot to grab food for dinner)

Day 3

I had a regular triple chocolate blended mocha and an onion bagel. and then pasta bar that night (still have half of it left!) oh and i had a strawberry daquari with the dinner and lots of water.
The pasta was fantastic! its going to be lunch tomorrow

Day 2

lets see yesterday i had....
Triple chocolate blended mocha, onion bagel
umm... i had 1 cup chili with cheese
strawberry milk shake and fries from In n out...
yea i really don't eat much.... its kind of weird how i haven't lost weight....

week 3 day 1

umm oh mexican mocha in the morning.... umm... Jimboy taco and like 1/3 cup beans and rice... i had some chips and salsa.. more water yea... not much else that day either

day 7

umm... i had Coffee at work 2 cups, Bean burrito, 7 layer burrito, and nachos... and lots of water.... might have had another snack but can't remember
