Starting out brand new.... Week 1

So actually starting on Monday I will be starting my last semester at ARC. This week i plan on trying to start my exercise process... I will be trying to go to the gym at least 3 times this week. Reading and staying ahead with my classes that I am taking, eating actaully 3 meals a day (sometimes 4 when i have to work). Start going through my clothes and seperating them and going through Ackie's clothes.

Day 5

I had an asiago bagel with cream cheese from Noah's (shared with Ackie)
then i had a bean burrito for lunch with a Dr. Pepper
and for dinner i had about 1 1/2 cups of my pasta, from Wednesday night
i had a good amount of water.

Day 4...

water water and more water.... a peice of Ackie's chicken for lunch. and then i had a double double Animal style with fries and dr. pepper... soon will have some coffee sugar and creamer then lots of water (forgot to grab food for dinner)

Day 3

I had a regular triple chocolate blended mocha and an onion bagel. and then pasta bar that night (still have half of it left!) oh and i had a strawberry daquari with the dinner and lots of water.
The pasta was fantastic! its going to be lunch tomorrow

umm... i had 1 cup chili with cheese
strawberry milk shake and fries from In n out...
yea i really don't eat much.... its kind of weird how i haven't lost weight....

week 3 day 1

umm oh mexican mocha in the morning.... umm... Jimboy taco and like 1/3 cup beans and rice... i had some chips and salsa.. more water yea... not much else that day either

day 7

umm... i had Coffee at work 2 cups, Bean burrito, 7 layer burrito, and nachos... and lots of water.... might have had another snack but can't remember

So i had

eventually i had the entire serving of Ravioli de Portobelo
Salad and 3 bread sticks
a 100 calorie snack
2 things of Coffee (one at the hosp. one from gas station)
and lots of water
I'm pretty sure that is everything i had to eat that day...

Yesterday i had
Lots of cold medicine!
Water (lots through the day)
Split Pea soup big bowel
saltine crackers
Bean burrito, Dr. Pepper
Microwave pizza (dijorno)
Fiber one bar
1 cup of coffee

Day 3

What did i have...
  • Half of a banana
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Triple Chocolate Blended Mocha with Whipped Cream
  • 4 small pieces of pizza, salad, Dr. Pepper
  • Tuna sandwich
  • More water somwhere in the day and Milk
  • 20oz of Diet Snapple Ice Tea

Yea that was my exciting day of eating.... okay going to bed soon.... i couldn't go to bed when i tried earlier... if nothing else i'll take benadryl...

Week 2, Day 2

today was a lazy day
  • a quarter of a PB&J
  • water
  • skillet stuff with Potatos, carrots, chicken, broccoli, noodles, gravy stuff it was yummy i had like at least 2 cups of it i think
  • Milk
  • chips and salsa
  • 3 bottles of water

yup that was my day of food... now i'm so tired i think its bed time. i'll watch the rest of my show tomorrow....

Week 2, Day1

So today i ate basically nothing
  • 20 ounces Mexican Mocha (6amish)
  • Fiber one bar (4:20pm yes i literally didn't eat all day)
  • 2 slices of a cheese quesidilla
  • medium Dr. Pepper
  • Baked BBQ Lay chips
  • Foot long Cold Cut Sandwich from Subway
  • 3 bottles of water
  • 1 cup of coffee with sugar and creamer

Day 7...

So today we went to the pier and walked around... But i had
  • Blue berry waffles Milk and scrambled eggs with Tomatos, Avacado, onions and cheese in it
  • Fish and Chips with a strawberry daquire
  • bean burrito and nachos from Taco bell
  • (dinner tonight) Pasta with chicken stuff
  • 3 bottles of water
  • i had a French vanilla cappicino thing
  • 1 cup of coffee with sugar and creamer
  • i had a skinny cow thing too (80 calories!)

Day 6

Today was the Oakland zoo!!! it was amazing but i walked around for about 4 hours ish and walking up hill pushing a stoller got a good work out it was hot and i was in my FitFlops amazing flip flops that are suppose to work out your legs and butt more. I ate today

  • Bagel with cream cheese some milk
  • water about 35 ounces or more
  • a medium lemonade
  • 4 chicken strips some like 5 curly fries
  • Dinner was BBQ Chicken (leg and thigh) a scoop of some fruit salad and 3 scoops of potato salad.
  • Milk and i'll have more water
  • dessert will be a skinny cow ice cream thing.

Day 5

So today was alright i slept

  • Banana
  • Bean Burrito and nachos from Taco bell
  • 2 Jack in the box tacos and some curly seasoned fries
  • some water
  • half of a sobe

no working out just being lazy... but tomorrow is the zoo!

Day 4...

So today wasn't as good...
  • Fiber one bar after work
  • 1/4 of PB&J
  • 3 things of water so far
  • 1 otter pop
  • 1 cup of chili with Cheese
  • big glass of milk
  • like 6 snickerdoodle cookies (a co-workers daughter made them and brought them in!)
  • and then i will only have my fiber one bar for the rest of the night
  • Oh went to Its a Grind got the usually (Aussi was there didn't have to even order, just pay)
  • i had one more cup of coffee with sugar and creamer

Might go do the stairs like 2 now... well at least one time right now then later my knee has been acting up on me recently not sure why

Walking all over the hospital i think i'm going to do the stairs at least twice, six flights!

Day 1

Today i had McDonalds egg and bacon thing with orange juice and hash brown (I was starving on the way home from daycare)
2 peices of licorice
water
1 slice of Chicago Fire pizza
water
(probably have popcorn tonight too)

I was going to go to the gym this afternoon but i didn't wake up in time to do that before getting Ackie so my plan is to go tomorrow morning...
